Mondays - Fridays 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
 
Registration Requirements for Students Entering

The Miami-Dade County Public Schools.
 
A parent/guardian must present the following documents in order to register a student.

VERIFICATION OF RESIDENCE:
(All Students)

Proof of residence needs to be presented by the parent/guardian. The following documents will need to be presented at the time of registration. 

A. Original & current Florida Power & Light (FPL) receipt showing name and address of parent/guardian. (NO COPIES)

AND

B. ORIGINAL lease agreement that has been notarized

OR

C. ORIGINAL mortgage that has been notarized.
 
Address on Parent/Guardians current and valid drivers license must match address on documents presented above.

Failure to submit any of the above documents will result in an automatic address verification.  Any student not living within the designated boundaries for Coral Gables Senior High will be directed to their home school.

NEW STUDENTS:

A. Florida Department of Health Student Exam (Form DH3040, including proof of tuberculin skin test).
B. Florida Department of Health Certification of Immunization (Form DH 680). 
C. Copy of birth certificate or passport.
D. Previous school transcript or last report card.
E. Discipline report/attendance report.
 
Any student planning on participating in athletics must be see by the Athletic Director - Louis Romero.
 
M-DCPS TRANSFERS:

Student must have:
A. Completed Withdrawl slip from previous school.
B. Grades from previous school.
C. Current immunization record.
 
*ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF REGISTRATION IN ORDER TO PROCEED WITH REGISTRATION PROCESS.
 
FRAUDULENT DOCUMENTS WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE WITHDRAWAL TO HOME SCHOOL.
